5/27/01 - Well as we all know, there are only 3 ep's left till the end of the series. For the wonderful story "When Fates Collide", the writer Katherine has written a response to the replies of some people who wrote her about some confusion concerning the episode and specifically the ending. 8/17/00 - Missy Good has written two (2) episodes for season 6. The season opener "Coming Home" and "Legacy", both of which I have screenpics of. I also have found out that Adrienne Wilkinson, Livia, is set to do 11 episodes before she leaves to find her own path.
Ah yes, and Alti (Claire Stansfield) was signed for two ep's this season. Joxer will not be returning for Season 6, which also looks to be the last season for the show according to Rob Tapert.

4/15/00 - Rumours
have been rather slim recently, (or should I say the last few months.) However,
that is about to change. Missy Good has been hired to write several episodes for
Season 6 of Xena!!!! The
next ep. is called "Looking Death in
the Eye" and Old Joxer (Ted Raimi) obtains a scroll describing Xena and Gabrielle's attempt to trick the Fates into
bringing about the twilight of the gods. The next ep. is "Livia",
After 25 years, Xena and Gabrielle finally escape their tombs of ice and immediately go in search of Eve.
Next up is "Eve"
Xena must decide whether she can kill her own daughter (Adrienne Wilkinson), who continues her
murderous campaign to eliminate Eli's followers. And finally for the season
finale, "Motherhood"

With the lives of Gabrielle and Eve hanging in the balance, Xena faces the gods in a final showdown.
Now I don't know about you, but after all the talk previously about how important Eve is, I'm not too sure about here becoming a Warlord like her mother (Xena). It seems to contradict a lot of what's been said up to now, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
10/24/99 - According to Mary D's sources, a MAJOR character is supposed to die this season. Episode 5 - Them Bones, Them Bones - the spirit of the evil Amazon shamaness, Alti, returns to gain control of the soul of Xena's unborn child. Episode 6 - Purity - Xena receives a vision from Lao Ma and returns to Chin to recover Lao Ma's book of power. (The book contains the secrets of the powers she learned). Along the way Xena and Gabrielle must defeat one of Lao Ma's twin daughters, who wants the book for and it's powers for her own evil purposes. Episode 7 - Little Problems - Gabrielle and Argo run afoul of a god and are shrunk to the size of Barbie dolls. Can Xena save them?
10/8/99 - This is the latest for the next episode, "Chakram"; after being resurrected by Eli, Xena and the others travel back towards Greece. Gabrielle notices that something is wrong when Xena is more interested in buying scarves than replacing her weapons and armour and when she is attacked, Amarice and Gab must come to Xena's rescue. Meanwhile a pagan god of war, Kal, sends a monk, Kalib, to retrieve the Chakram of Light from the Chakram Chamber. Shortly thereafter the monk is ashes, destroyed by the chakram. Eli discovers that they need the Chakram of Light (Apparently, Xena's was the Chakram of Darkness) to bring Xena back to normal, but only the purest soul can touch it without being destroyed. Also, the Chakram of Light can also kill a god, any god, which explains why Kal and Ares are so eager to get their hands on it. The group rushes to the Chakram Chamber and Xena retrieves the Chakram of Light. When Xena emerges from the chamber she finds her friends are surrounded by Kal, Ares and guards. Rushing back into the Chamber, Xena places the broken halves of her chakram on the altar and as she does Kal bursts into the Chamber and Xena kills him with the Chakram of Light. The altar repairs Xena's chakram and she holds both chakrams above her head and strikes them together. Poof!!! Xena is now holding a new chakram forged from both the the Dark and Light ones and our Xena is back!!!!!!!!!!!. For some really awesome screengrabs check out Mary D's site, click here. 9/23/99 - There's only some new info on Season 5 lately and here it is. In the
season opener, "Fallen Angel", Joxer
is the first person to find Xena & Gab after they've been crucified. In the fifth episode, "Surprise Gabrielle", Xena gives birth to her and Gab's
child, who is supposed to be named Rachel?. I have two new pictures from Season 5. If you want to see them go here. In the second episode, "Chakram", Xena & Gabrielle are resurrected by Eli. But Xena has no memories of being a warrior. All of the above information is courtesy of Mary D's XIP

9/14/99 - Okay, I haven't been keeping up with the rumours lately but school
has kept me busy. I do have a bunch of new ones though, so here we go.
Xena gets a new, double-strength chakram, and Callisto gets a new 'look' so to speak. In the first episode Xena, Gabrielle and the Archangel Michael join forces against Callisto and the forces of Hell. Which includes Ares, a pagan war god named Kal and a female warrior, Mavican. After finding out that she is pregnant, Xena takes Gabrielle to Chin to find Lao Ma's book which holds the secret to awesome powers so that she can protect her child, who happens to be a girl by the way. 8/16/99 - There was a large Xena audition in New Zealand for an 8-13 year old
girl for the show. In the latest screen captures for season 5 it looks like X & G either return to Chin or
end up in Japan, see here, as several of the pictures showed X & G in Asian clothing. According to Sharon Delaney, "Xena
must decide her fate--to relieve her dark past in Hades for eternity or to face the grim spectacle of her present.
Tough choice with metal nails driven through your hands!!"
8/8/99 - A lot has come out in the last month, so here we go. Here are the latest rumours for the episode Fallen Angel Amarice is supposed to be Callisto's younger sister. Xena goes to Hades for what she did previously and Gabrielle goes to the Elysian Fields. Inorder to come back Xena fights the Archangel Michael and loses, but is still set back on earth. Xena goes looking for Ares as he is the only person able to reforge her Chakram (Strange, since Hephaestus supposedly made the Chakram).
7/8/99 - Well the first photos of Xena &
Gab's new look are out. And I have to tell you, gone are the orange and yellow Indian attire and the Mendhi art-work.
Gab has a new warrior look that just has to be seen, it also looks like the pacifist lifestyle went out the window
'cause it looks like she's carrying a pair of long daggers for weapons. As for Xena, well she has no leather &
brass armour, but then it's baby time for her. If you want to see the pic's, they're at Mary D's site, and thanks must go to Sharon Delaney

7/4/99 - Steven Sears (Tyldipop) has said in a letter that everyone would be
pleased with how the pregnancy issue will be handled, the rumour is that Xena will be impregnated by a god, but
no word on who as of yet.
6/16/99 - Mary D has an interview with ROC from a Sci-Fi magazine and can
be found at Mary
D's site. Sharon from the Official
Xena Fan Club dropped this, Renee will be in the August issue of Emmy magazine as part of an article on sidekicks,
and Lucy & Rob Tapert's mom will be in the People magazine summer "weddings" issue as part of an article on mother-in-laws.
6/9/99 - The latest word from Whoosh & Mary D is that "Fallen Angel" will be the first episode of the
season and will wrap up X & G's resurrection. "Succession" will have to do with Xena meeting up with Cleopatra and her date with an asp. Steven
Sears will be leaving the show after episode 6. Rumour has given up three more episode names but no info, so here
they are; Them Bones, Them Bones, Animal Attraction & Fallen Angel. Jennifer Sky (Americe the Amazon) has been signed to play Americe for 7 of season 5's
episodes, she will be appearing in episodes 1 & 3-5. That's all for now.
5/26/98 - According to Mary D TPTB have given Gabrielle a new look, black
leather, it seems TPTB finally decided to dump the ugly colors finally. For more info check out Mary D's

5/25/99 - Well, if you haven't seen the season cliffhanger "Ides of
March" by now you don't know what you've missed. The debate on whether or not
Xena & Gab are dead is spawning
some interesting thoughts. The "official word" from RenPics is that their will be another season and
that Lucy's pregnancy will not be worked into the show. Also the rumour that the season will only be Joxer/Autolycus
and Uber/Xena episodes has been denied by Robert Tapert. Steven Sears has left the show to produce his own series
which will not be coming out until 2000 and lastly Liz Friedman has left Xena: WP to work on "Hercules"
full time. I also just got the names of the first three episodes for season six,
drum roll please; Fallen Angel, Chakram & Succession.
